This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through SWISSKY and is operated by:

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. 14-day statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

For an order containing several items delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may do so by:

emailing general@lkfdgroup.be;
using the withdrawal function provided on our website; or
sending us another clear and unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

2. Condition of goods during the statutory withdrawal period

You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way that you would reasonably be able to inspect them in a physical shop.

Original packaging is not an absolute condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may, however, be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods.

3. SWISSKY 30-day voluntary return policy

In addition to your statutory rights, SWISSKY offers a voluntary return period of 30 days from delivery.

For returns made after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period but within this voluntary 30-day period, the product must:

be unused and undamaged;
be complete;
include all accessories supplied with it; and
where reasonably possible, be returned with its original packaging.

This additional 30-day return right is a voluntary commercial policy and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Sale and promotional items

Discounted, promotional and sale items remain covered by any statutory right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase.

They also qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy unless we clearly state otherwise before purchase.

Any restriction on our voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Return shipping costs

For a return made simply because you have changed your mind or exercised your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have expressly agreed to bear that cost.

If the product is defective, damaged when delivered, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, we will bear the reasonable return costs where required by law.

Please contact us before returning a defective or incorrect item so that we can provide appropriate return instructions.

6. Return address

Unless we provide different return instructions, returns should be sent to:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

7. Refunds following statutory withdrawal

When you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order.

If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to reimburse the additional cost above our standard delivery method.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

we have received the returned goods; or
you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

You will not be charged a fee by us for receiving the refund.

8. Refunds under our voluntary 30-day policy

Once a return made under our voluntary return policy has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether it has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This section applies only to our additional voluntary return policy and does not reduce any statutory rights.

9. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us at general@lkfdgroup.be with:

your order number;
a description of the issue; and
photographs where reasonably useful.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods.

Under Belgian law, new consumer goods are in principle covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee.

If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you may be entitled to legal remedies such as repair or replacement and, where the applicable legal conditions are met, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

Our voluntary returns policy and any commercial warranty offered by SWISSKY do not limit this legal guarantee.
